Académie des Beaux-Arts

The Académie des Beaux-Arts has a dual mission, to train senior managers in the field of visual arts and graphic arts; and to promote the search for new techniques in this field with a view to guaranteeing the development of modern Congolese art.

Texaf Bilembo

The Texaf Bilembo space is a cultural and educational center that brings together all themes related to identity, environment, know-how in the DRC, yesterday and today. The space offers permanent and temporary exhibitions, practical workshops, seminars or trainings, extracurricular workshops and a coffee shop.

Kin ArtStudio

KAS strives to remain faithful to its objectives and to foster agency while functioning in a complicated and coexistent set of cultural dynamics, actors and discourses. The Kin ArtStudio’s approach is a contemporary and emancipative one that seeks to carry forward the work of emerging artists for whom art has no geographical, technical or stylistic boundaries.

Institut Français

The mission of the French Institute of the DRC is twofold: it is a support force for artistic creation to contribute to the emergence of a Congolese cultural scene and a pole of reference for the promotion and dissemination of the French culture and language.

Pavillon Luputa (Bandal)

Bandalungwa is a municipality in the Funa district of Kinshasa, the capital city of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.  Bandal has a population of 134,774 inhabitants on an area of 6.28 km2, from all provinces of the country. This population is mostly very young and its density is 15,277 inhabitants per km2, whereas in 1960 it was 3,228 inhabitants per km2.
